Remember, this is what the Chinese are willing to tell us. Dramatically discount what little good news there is, toss in a liberal portion of your worst fears, and you're likely to have a much more accurate picture.

Look up "A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words" in any dictionary (do they still make those?) and you'll see a reference to Scott Barber, Reuters financial graphics editor. I am a huge fan of this kid, and try to swing by his page at least once a day. This graph is a gem, although I think I would re-title it "Just When You Thought It Was Safe."
